Consultant Cardiologist, Dr Eric Holroyd, gives his personal experience of why insourcing is vital to reducing NHS waiting list backlogs.

Dr Holroyd, Interventional Cardiologist with twenty years of clinical and academic experience, works for University Hospital of the North Midlands.
